Now that you’ve learned to relax so that you can study more effectively, you need to commit to studying at the same time every day.
Yes, EVERY DAY!
Don’t panic. Remember what happened to me when I did?
I got so stressed it took a month to read and take notes on a book I would normally have spent about 4 hours on. And to this day could not tell you much about that particular book.
When I say that you should study everyday, I don’t mean you have to spend HOURS studying every day. Far from it. If you try to spend hours every day, you will be violating fluencyTIP 15-01: RELAX!
All I am saying is that if you want to become fluent in a language, you need to spend some time studying it every day without fail.
The amount of time you spend should be at least 30 minutes, but no more than 2 hours. And, frankly, it would be better to spend 30 minutes than 2 hours.
… Hold that thought. Whatever it was. While I take a break. I’ll finish this later today. But need to post it now to get it into its proper place in the blog stream.
